New Merchandise
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Below is our return policy for new merchandise:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused or still in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Items exhibiting wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
If the item is returned within the 10-day window and is unused or still in its original packaging, no restocking fee will be assessed.
If the item is returned after the 10-day window, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@modernguitarstudio.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund once we have received and inspected the item.

Used and Vintage Items
